细节护理在胃出血中的应用价值探析

Application Value of Detail Nursing in Gastric Hemorrhage

目的:探究细节护理在胃出血中的应用价值。方法:于2017年1月~6月选择68例胃出血患者,按照护理方式分为对照组、研究组各34例,分别予以常规护理、细节护理,对比效果。结果:研究组止血总有效率为97.06%(33/34)明显高于对照组的79.41%(27/34),组间对比差异明显(P<0.05);研究组护理质量各指标评分及总评分均明显高于对照组,对比差异明显(P<0.05)。结论:予以胃出血患者细节护理,能够有效提升患者的止血有效率,优化护理质量,效果理想,推广应用价值高。

Objective：To explore the application value of detail nursing in gastric hemorrhage.Methods：68 patients with gastric hemorrhage from January 2017 to June 2017 were selected and divided into the control group and the study group by nursing methods,with 34 cases in each group.They were respectively treated with routine nursing and detail nursing,then the effect between the two groups were compared.Results：The total effective rate of hemostasis in the study group was 97.06%（33/34）,which was significantly higher than that in the control group（79.41%,27/34）,and the difference between the two groups was significant（P〈0.05）.The scores of each index and total score of nursing quality in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the difference was significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The detail nursing of patients with gastric hemorrhage can effectively improve the effective rate of hemostasis and optimize the quality of nursing,with the ideal effect,which the value of popularization and application is high.
