舒敏之星射频联合羟氯喹治疗面部敏感皮肤的疗效观察

Efficacy of Shu-min radio-frequency combined with hydroxychloroquine in the treatment of facial sensitivity dermatitis

目的探讨舒敏之星射频联合羟氯喹治疗面部敏感皮肤的临床疗效。方法将98例面部敏感性皮肤患者随机分为两组。两组均给予外用保湿剂(舒敏保湿剂)早晚各一次,作为该病的基础护肤治疗。对照组口服硫酸羟氯喹片0.2 g,2次/d;射频组在口服羟氯喹的基础上联合采用舒敏之星射频导入保湿剂:第1-2周为每3 d 1次,第3-4周为每1周1次;疗程共4周,分别于治疗第1、2及4周末作疗效判定。结果射频组在治疗第1周末、第2周末、第4周末的有效率分别为48.97%,73.47%,89.80%,均显著高于对照组(分别为16.33%,30.61%,38.76%),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在外用保湿剂护肤的基础上,舒敏之星射频联合羟氯喹可显著提高面部敏感皮肤的临床疗效,优于单用羟氯喹,值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Shu-min radio-frequency combined with hydroxychloroquine in the treatment of facial sensitivity dermatitis. Methods Ninety-eight patients with facial sensitivity dermatitis were randomly divided into two groups： radio-frequency group and control group. The patients in both groups were given external moisturizer（ Shu Min moisturizer）once in the morning and once in the evening as the basic skin care for the disease. The patients in control group received hydroxychloroquine tablets（ 0. 2 g,twice a day） and moisturizing intensive care cream（ twice a day）. Based on the basic treatment in control group,the patients in radio-frequency group received radio-frequency ablation with moisturizing intensive care cream. The treatment lasted for 4 weeks. The effect was evaluated respectively 1,2 and 4 weeks after treatment. Results The effective rates in radio-frequency introduction group（ 48. 97%,73. 47%,89. 80%） were all significantly higher than those in control group（ 16. 33%,30. 61%,38. 76%） 1,2 and 4 weeks after treatment（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion On the basis of skin care with external moisturizer,the Shu-min radio-frequency introduction moisturizing cream combined with hydroxychloroquine in the treatment of facial sensitivity dermatitis has better clinical curative effect,which is better than that of hydroxychloroquine use alone.
