在市场需求和技术发展的双重驱动下,供热行业在大力建设智能热网。本文总结回顾了我国供热信息化在过去二十年经历的孕育、应用、普及的发展过程,探讨了智能热网的概念以及智能热网管理系统的功能,提出了智能热网应包括智能管理系统和智能控制系统,应具有数据存储、分析、交换应用、方案优化、自动控制等功能,给出了智能热网管控平台的开发和应用实例,展示了基于数据服务决策的智能热网应用。

The heating industry is vigorously building intelligent heating networkon the base of market demand and technology development. This paper reviews the development of heating informatization in China in the past twenty years and discussesthe concept of intelligent heat network and the function of intelligent heat network management system. It is proposed that intelligent heat network should include intelligent management system and intelligent control system to realize data storage,analysis, exchange application, scheme optimization, automatic control and so on. The development and application example of intelligent heat network management and control system is given, and the purpose of intelligent heating network based on data service decision is demonstrated.
