摘要
通过热耗率试验,确定了某600MW机组投运该联接方式低温省煤器后对该机组热力系统经济性的影响。汽轮机组在620MW、500MW、330MW试验负荷工况下,当低温省煤器投入运行之后,凝结水经低温省煤器吸热后温度分别升高了22.2℃、19.94℃、18.51℃;锅炉排烟温度分别降低14.6℃,16℃,22.8℃;汽轮机组热耗率分别降低了58.44kJ/(kW·h),43.09kJ/(kW.h),42.5kJ/(kW·h);供电煤耗分别降低2.33g/(kW·h),1.82g/(kW·h),1.87g/(kW·h);厂用电率均不同程度下降。实现了热力系统经济性提高的目标。
To determine the effect on the economy of the thermal system of a 600MW steam turbine after commissioning low temperature economizer,one heat rate test was done. Steam turbine at 620 MW,500MW,330MW test load conditions,When put into operation low temperature economizer,condensate water temperatures was increased by 22.2℃、19.94℃、18.51℃ ; Boi ler smoke temperature were lower 14.6%, 16%, 22.8%; Steam turbine heat rate were reduced 58.44kJ/(kW·h),43.09kJ/(kW·h),42.5kJ/(kW·h)at each test load conditions,the power supply coal consumption decreased by 2.33g/(kW·h), 1.82g/(kW·h), 1.87g/(kW·h) ;The electricity rate of the plant has decreased in different degrees, which realized the purpose of enhancing thermal system economic.
