摘要
苹果果苗栽植后的施水是保证果苗成活率的重要环节,目前,施水主要靠人工进行,采取在果苗周围漫灌的方式。其缺点是劳动强度大,费时费力费水,且施水量不符合农艺要求。针对这种情况,设计了一种与2PZ-4000型苹果多功能栽植机配套可跟踪果苗位置的施水机构,并对该机构的驱动轮、链轮、齿轮等结构参数进行了优化设计。该施水机构能够确保浇灌水集中在果苗周围,可提高苗木成活率,降低劳动强度,节约水资源。
The application of water after planting apple seedlings is an important link to guarantee the survival rate of fruit seedlings. At present,the application of water after apple seedling planting is mainly carried out by artificial means,such as wild flooding around the fruit seedlings. Its disadvantages include large labor intensity,waste of time and water resources,water application amount that does not meet the agronomy requirements. In view of this situation,a supporting watering mechanism that can trace the location of fruit seedlings is designed for 2 PZ-4000 Multifunctional Apple Planters,optimal design of the driving wheels,sprockets and gears of this mechanism conducted.This watering mechanism can ensure water application around fruit seedlings,thereby improving the survival rate of seedlings,reducing labor intensity and saving water.
