摘要
汽车刹车片是汽车制动装置的重要组件,对刹车片状态的实时测量可以有效地提高行车的安全性,而传统的导线测量、超声波测量等方法难以在成本和性能之间达到平衡。在充分考虑测量精度和生产成本的前提下,设计了一种能实时测量汽车刹车片厚度的传感器。该传感器将阶梯式电阻元件嵌入刹车片中,电阻元件随刹车片一同磨损,将磨损后厚度的物理信号转换为电信号,通过测量电路可以将电信号换算成刹车片的实时厚度。实验表明,该传感器对刹车片厚度的测量精度可以达到1 mm。
Auto brake pads are important components of automobile braking devices. The real-time measurement of the state of brake pads in automobile braking devices is of great significance to traffic safety,but traditional measuring methods like wire measurement and ultrasonic measurement have difficulty in achieving balance between performance and cost. With full consideration given to measuring precision and production cost,a sensor that can realize real-time measurement of the thickness of brake pads is designed. This sensor involves stepwise resistance elements being embedded into the brake pads,with the resistance elements and brake pads subjected to the same wear,with a physical signal of thickness after wear converted to an electric signal,followed by its conversion to real-time brake pad thickness via a measuring circuit. The experiment shows that this sensor can realize 1 mm brake pad thickness measuring accuracy.
