摘要
对传统茶叶筛分机振动形式单一进行了改进,提出将混联机构应用于茶叶筛分机中以满足高效的茶叶筛分需求。基于并联机构拓扑结构学提出了以3T2R混联机构作为茶叶筛分机主体机构的设计想法,1T2R并联机构可实现空间沿Z轴平移z和绕X轴、Y轴转动α、β。在1T2R并联机构的静平台底部串联两相互垂直的导轨以实现沿X轴、Y轴平移x、y,由此组成的3T2R混联机构能够实现空间x、y、z、α、β五个方向的运动。利用离散元软件EDEM根据筛面的实际情况,建模生成3 000颗茶叶颗粒,并对五自由度振动形式(x、y、z、α、β)筛面上茶叶颗粒的筛分情况进行模拟。仿真结果表明,3T2R混联机构能够充分发挥筛面的透筛潜力,提高筛分效率。
The simplex vibration of traditional tea sieving machines is improved,and the application of a hybrid mechanism to a tea sieving machine is proposed to meet the requirements for efficient tea screening. Based on the topological structure of parallel mechanisms,the design thought of using 3T2R hybrid mechanism as the main body structure of a tea screening machine is proposed. 1T2R parallel mechanism can realize the translation of z along the Z-axis and rotate α and β while going around the X-axis and Y-axis. Two rails perpendicular to each other are added to the bottom of the static platform of the 1T2R parallel mechanism to realize the translation of x and y along the X-axis and Yaxis and the 3T2R hybrid mechanism thus formed can realize spatial movement in the x,y,z,α and β directions( five directions). Discrete element software EDEM is used to generate 3000 tea particles by modeling based on the actual situation and simulate the tea granule sieving condition of 5 DOF( x y z α β) on the sieving plane. The simulation result shows that the 3T2R hybrid mechanism can give full play to the potential of the sieving plane and improve the sieving efficiency.
