摘要
在滤袋脉冲清灰过程中,粉尘脱落主要是由于滤袋上粉尘层的变形而引起的。在整个清灰机理中脉冲喷吹形成的滤袋压力是主要清灰机制。脉冲喷吹时,滤袋由袋口至袋底连续出现膨胀变形,压力峰值从滤袋口到滤袋底部依次出现,并且出现的先后随滤袋部位的变化而有所不同。通过实验的方法对滤袋脉冲清灰过程喷吹管和滤袋上的压力进行研究,根据实验结果分析其变化规律,供设计参考。
In the process of filter bag pulse ash cleaning, dust fall is mainly caused by the deformation of dust layer on the filter bag. In the whole soot removal mechanism, the bag pressure formed by pulse injection is the main soot removal mechanism. During pulse injection, the bag expanded and deformed continuously from the mouth of the bag to the bottom of the bag, and the peak pressure appeared successively from the filter mouth to the bottom of the filter bag, and the sequence of appearance was different with the change of the filter bag position. The pressure on the blowpipe and filter bag during the pulse ash cleaning process of filter bag was studied by the experimental method, and the law of its change was analyzed according to the experimental results, which can be used as a reference for the design.
