对一起沉船事故应急管理问题的分析与建议

文章通过对我省一起沉船事故中现场作业人员应急处置过程的调查,经技术及管理方面的分析,找出导致事故后果的成因,指出企业在安全生产应急管理工作中存在的问题,并提出相应的建议。以期能对安全生产应急管理监管工作及企业应急管理工作有一定的借鉴和帮助作用。

Through the investigation of the emergency disposal process of the on-site operators in a shipwreck accident in our province, through the analysis of the technology and management, this paper finds out the causes leading to the consequences of the accident, points out the problems existing in the emergency management work of the enterprise in production safety, and put forward the corresponding suggestions, hoping provide reference for safety production emergency management supervision and enterprise emergency management work.
