摘要 在进入工业4.0的时代背景下,3D打印技术正在逐步渗透和深刻改变建筑产业。"蝶变",作为2016年广州国际灯光节的大型3D打印作品,上演了力与美交融的视觉盛宴。该作品创作及研究通过力学分析与参数化设计协同的方法,重点研究面向3D打印工艺的建筑数字化设计与建造的重要内容,实现了具有高效结构性能的大尺度蝶形薄壳的3D打印与制作成型。作为3D打印技术与建筑数字化设计的新结合与大胆尝试,在当今建筑3D打印与智能制造领域的研究中具有典型性和启发意义。 In the background to industry 4.0, 3D printing technology is gradually penetrating and profoundly changing the construction industry. "Butterfly-changing Canton", a large 3D printing work in the 2016 Guangzhou International Festival of Lights, presented a visual feast combining power and beauty. This study, through synergetic processes of mechanical analysis and parametric design, focused on the important content of architectural digital design and construction for the 3D printing process, and realized the 3D printing and production of a large scale thin shell butterfly shape with high structural performance. As a bold attempt combining 3D printing technology and architectural digital design for the first time, it is significant in the research of the application of 3D printing to intelligent building construction.
