加成型硅橡胶印模的不同取模方式在临床中的应用效果比较

Effects of different ways for additive molding of silicone rubber impression in clinical settings

目的评价加成型硅橡胶印模的不同取模方式在临床中的应用效果比较。方法对90例采用固定全瓷冠进行修复的患者,用加成型硅橡胶印模取模,按照取模方式随机分为3组:A组:1次法;B组:常规2次印模法;C组:初次硅橡胶取模基础上加用保鲜膜进行2次取模。在临床上评价取模操作时间、印模牙冠颈缘肩台清晰度、冠边缘适合性。结果经统计学检验得出在操作时间上1次印模法最省时,常规2次印模法最耗时,初次硅橡胶取模基础上加用保鲜膜2次印模法耗时介于两者之间,3者平均时间经统计学检验后差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。取模精度及冠边缘适合性上比较常规2次印模法和初次硅橡胶取模基础上加用保鲜膜2次印模法经统计学检验差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),并且它们与1次印模法比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在临床上,初次硅橡胶取模基础上加用保鲜膜2次印模法与常规2次印模法可以达到同样的精度,并且初次硅橡胶取模基础上加用保鲜膜2次印模法较节省时间。1次印模法最省时,但是精确度欠缺。

Objective To investigate and compare the effects of different ways for additive molding of silicone rubber impression in clinical settings. Methods The fixed all-porcelain crowns were used for repair in 90 patients,with additive molding of silicone rubber impression. All the patients were randomly divided into three groups according to the ways of molding： group A,he one-time impression;group B,conventional two-step impression; and group C： the two-step impression based on one-time impression added with plastic wrap. The molding operation time, definition of crown cervical margin shoulder impression, and marginal fit of crown were clinically evaluated. Results The statistical test showed that the one-time impression was the most effective and the conventional two-step impression was the most time-consuming in the operation time, whereas the operation time of the two-step impression based on one-time impression added with plastic wrap was in between. There were statistically significant differences in the average time among the three methods（P〈0.05）. There were no statistically significant differences in the precision of impression and marginal fit of crown between the conventional two-step impression and the two-step impression based on one-time impression added with plastic wrap（P〉0.05）, whereas the differences were statistically significant compared with those in the one-time impression（P〈0.05）. Conclusion In clinical settings, the two-step impression based on one-time impression added with plastic wrap and the conventional two-step impression can achieve the same precision,whereas the two-step impression based on one-time impression added with plastic wrap is more time-saving.The one-time impression is the most time-saving,but lack of precision.
