高掺量造纸黑液粉煤灰烧结砖的研制

利用造纸工业废液和工业废渣粉煤灰研制成粉煤灰掺量高达70 %～85 % ,产品性能符合国家标准要求的烧结砖 ,生产成本比实心粘土砖降低1/2左右 ,具有明显的经济、社会效益。介绍了试制过程 ,并对酸激发机理、造纸黑液的活化增塑机理进行了分析。

The sintered brick which fly ash is added up to 70 % ～ 85 %, product property meets the requirements of state standard has been developed by using waste liquid from paper making industry and fly ash from industrial waste slag. The production cost cuts half comparing with solid clay brick with obvious economic and social benefits. This paper presents trial process and analyzes acid exciting mechanism and activating plasticizing mechanism for paper making black liquid.
