麻黄等50味高频药物古今用药剂量规律对比分析

The Contrastive Analysis of the Past and Present Dose Rule on 50 Kinds of Highly-used Medicine Drugs Like Ephedra

目的:通过研究《伤寒杂病论》常用50种使用高频药物在明代13位医家中的临床用量[1]与2010版《中国药典》、《儿科常用中药简表(中医儿科学)》用量比较(以g为单位),分析探讨明代经方50味高频药物古今临床用药的剂量规律以及剂量控制策略。方法:搜集整理麻黄等50味高频药物在明代13位医家中的临床用量和现代《中国药典》等文献资料用量对比,寻求古今用药剂量规律。结果和结论:古今用药剂量规律:医家对临床处方剂量把握的指导思想及其中医药学理论存在继承与发展的关系,所涉及的影响方药剂量及量效关系的相关因素,为当今中医临床规范合理用药,提高临床疗效,以及为创新中药研究与发展提供借鉴[2]。

Purpose：The analysis and discussion about the dose rule in the past and present clinical medication of 50 kinds of highly-used medicine drugs in Mind Dynasty and the strategy of dose control through the research of dosage contrast （ing） of 50 kinds of highly- used medicine drugs among the clinical dose of 13 doctors in Mind Dynasty in the Treatise on Febrile and Miscellaneous Diseases, Chinese Pharmacopoeia 2010 and the Paediatrie Profiles of Commonly Used Tranditional Chinese Medicine, alternate name Pediatrics of Chinese Medicine.Method ： Seeking the past and present dose rule by searching and organizing the clinical dose from 50 kinds of highly- used medicine drugs like Ephedra in 13 doctors in Mind Dynasty and the dosage contrast from the documentation Modern Chinese Pharmacopoeia and the like.Resules and Conclusion ： The dose rule of the past and present medicine dose rule： There is an inherited and developmental relationship on the doctors＂ guiding principle of clinical prescription dose and the Chinese medication theory.The relative factors of the dosage prescription influence and dose-effect relationship have been used for reference when it comes to the resonable usage of TCM clinic, the increasing of clinical efficacy, and the reseach and development of innovative Chinese medicine.
