4种商陆提取物对鸡肾肿症治疗效果的试验

Study on the therapeutic effect of four phytolaccae extract for chicken kidney disease

为了比较商陆水煎法、水提醇沉法、减压干燥法、渗漉法4种提取方法得到的商陆提取物对鸡肾肿症的治疗效果。本试验首先建立鸡肾肿模型,然后用各商陆提取物进行治疗,并设立兽药对照组和阳性对照组,观察治疗前后各组鸡的临床症状、体重变化、治愈情况、血清尿酸(UA)、肌酐(Cr)、肾组织NO含量及肾指数变化。结果显示,不同商陆提取物均能达到降低血清UA、Cr、肾组织NO水平及肾指数,说明商陆提取物对鸡肾肿症有较好的治疗效果,其中渗漉得到的提取物与空白对照组相比差异不显著(P>0.05)。表明渗漉提取物对鸡肾肿症的治疗效果最佳,其作用机理可能与下调UA、Cr、肾组织NO浓度有关。

To compare the effects of phytolaccae extracts, water extraction, alcohol precipitation, decompression drying, percola- tion method on the treatment of chicken kidney disease, we established a model of chicken kidney swelling, and treated it with the Phytolacca extract,and set up a veterinary medicine control and positive control. The clinical symptoms, body weight change, cure, UA, Cr, renal tissue NO content and renal index change were recorded. Results indicated that phytolaccac extracts decreased the ser- um UA, Cr, kidney tissues NO level and renal index, suggesting that phytolaccae extracts have better curative effects. The difference was between percolation extract and control not significant （ P 〉 0.05）. The effect of diaeolation extracts on chicken kidney disease was best, Its mechanism may be related to downgrade UA, Cr, and kidney tissues NO coneentratio.
