摘要
本文主要研究转子表面结构对内置式永磁同步电动机弱磁性能的影响。通过改变永磁同步电动机相邻两极之间的转子表面结构,确定不同的模型方案,利用有限元软件MAXWELL进行样机模型的建立与有限元仿真。结果表明,对转子结构进行优化可以改变永磁电动机的计算极弧系数和电感参数,提升永磁同步电动机的弱磁性能。
In this paper, the influence of the rotor surface structure on the magnetic weakening performance of the interior permanent magnet synchronous motor(IPMSM) is studied. The rotor surface structure between the adjacent poles of the IPMSM is changed to determine different model schemes. Finite element software MAXWELL is used to model and simulate the prototype. The results show that optimization of the rotor structure can change the calculation of the polar arc coefficient and inductance parameters of the permanent magnet motor. This method can also improve the Flux-weakening Operation Performance of IPMSM.
