冲裁过程中压边力对成形质量的影响 被引量:4

Influence of blank holder force on forming quality during blanking

摘要 运用DEFORM-3D软件,对304不锈钢板料冲裁过程中产生的等效应力、等效应变以及材料流动特性进行了有限元模拟,研究了不同压边力作用下冲裁过程中板料的变形过程以及压边力对断面轮廓的影响,得到板料冲裁过程中的冲裁力-行程曲线和冲裁件断面图。通过MATLAB软件拟合分析发现:当作用在板料上的压边力较小时,圆角带长度、宽度、锥度和毛刺长度随着压边力的增大而减小;当作用在板料上的压边力超过某一临界值时,圆角带长度、宽度、锥度和毛刺长度随着压边力的增大而增大。最后通过实验对有限元模拟结果进行验证,在实际生产中选用合适的压边力可以提高冲裁件的断面质量。 The equivalent stress,equivalent strain and material flow characteristics during the blanking process of stainless steel 304 sheet were finite element simulated by software DEFORM-3 D,and the influences of deformation process and blank holder forces of sheet metal on the cross section contour during the blanking process were studied under different blank holder forces. Then,the blanking force versus stroke curve and the cross section drawing of blanking pieces during the blanking process of sheet metal were gained. Through the MATLAB software fitting analysis,when the blank holder force acting on the sheet metal is small,the fillet belt length,width,taper and burr length decrease with the increasing of blank holder force,but when the blank holder force acting on the sheet metal exceeds a critical value,the fillet belt length,width,taper and burr length increase with the increasing of blank holder force. Finally,the finite element simulation results were verified by experiments,and the appropriate blank holder force should be selected to improve the cross section quality of blanking pieces in the actual production.
