摘要
为了研究冲压成形中变速拉深影响板料成形性能的机理,分别建立了拉深过程中的虚功率方程和有限元分析模型。研究结果表明,主变形区的等效应力、等效应变速率、板料和模具之间的摩擦以及法向应力是影响拉深成形性能的主要因素,而变速拉深通过降低主变形区的等效应力、等效应变速率和板料与模具间的摩擦,影响板料的拉深成形性能。进一步通过拉深实验,对比了不同成形速度下的成形状态和成形零件质量,验证了理论分析和有限元模拟的正确性。成形过程中合理的变速能够降低总变形功,从而提高板料的拉深成形性能。变速机理分析为变速成形的应用提供了理论基础。
In order to study the mechanism of influence of variable speed deep drawing on the formability of sheet metal in the stamping process,a virtual power equation and finite element analysis model in the deep drawing process were established. The results show that the equivalent stress,equivalent strain rate,friction between sheet and die and normal stress in the main deformation zone are main factors influencing the deep drawing formability. However,the variable speed deep drawing affects the formability of sheet metal by decreasing the equivalent stress,equivalent strain rate and friction between sheet and die in the main deformation zone. Comparing the forming state and forming quality of parts at different forming speeds,the theory analysis and finite element simulation were verified by deep drawing experiment. Thus,the reasonable variable speed in forming process can reduce the total deformation power so as to improve the deep drawing formability of sheet metal,and the mechanism analysis on variable speed provides a theoretical basis for the application of variable speed forming.
