柱坐标熔焊成型分层算法研究与仿真验证

摘要 成型加工的模型数据通过STL(Standard Template Library)文件表示,由于逐层堆积的成型特点,分层算法是获取三维轮廓数据的主要途径。针对现有的柱坐标熔焊成型设备,在总结目前主流分层算法的基础上,提出一种对模型分次排序精简的分层算法,逐次对三角面片进行删减、排序和毗邻关系搭建,最终筛选出完全有效的相交序列,降低了内存资源消耗,提高了分层效率。通过软件仿真和多次分层测试证明了算法的稳定性和可行性。 The model data of forming process are expressed by STL model, and the hierarchical algorithm is the main way to obtain the data. According to the existing equipment of welding cylindrical coordinate, proposed a hierarchical algorithm to simplify the model on the basis of summarizing the current mainstream hierarchical algorithm. Delete and sort the triangular mesh and then build a relationship between them step by step. Finally, a completely valid intersection sequence is selected. 33ais algorithm re- duces the memory resource consumption and improves the efficiency. It is proved that the algorithm is stable and feasible through software simulation and multi layered test.
