摘要
主要分析了螺纹联接防松机理,建立了螺纹联接拧紧扭矩和拧松扭矩的计算模型,针对有效力矩型锁紧螺母对计算模型进行了修正,并对修正模型计算的可靠性进行了试验验证。同时研究了初始预紧力、摩擦因数、螺纹旋合长度以及防松方式等因素对螺纹紧固件防松性能的影响,并通过横向振动试验验证了各因素对防松性能的影响程度,为防松螺母的合理选用提供指导。
The locking mechanism of threaded connection is analyzed and calculation models of the threaded connection tightening torque and loosening torque are established which are modified when applied to prevailing torque fasteners. The calculation relia- bility of the modified models are testified through experiments. Factors which may have effects on the anti-loosening performance of threaded fasteners including the initial clamping force, friction coefficient, screw length between bolts and nuts and locking methods are studied in this paper. Effects of the above-mentioned factors on the anti-loosening performance are verified through the transverse vibration test. The study results can provide guidance for the reasonable use of fasteners for locking.
