摘要
为满足现场移动吊装的需要,采用UG设计了一种可移动式龙门架提升机。通过材料力学公式与有限元软件ANSYS Workbench相结合的方法,对可移动龙门架横梁的强度、刚度进行了校核与分析,得出了可移动龙门架横梁的最大位移、应力、弯矩的数值。计算结果与实测结果吻合良好,设计符合要求。
In order to meet the needs of mobile hoisting on site, this paper designed a movable gantry hoist by using Uni- graphics NX. Through the combination of material mechanics formula and finite element software ANSYS Workbench, the strength and rigidity of movable gantry cross beam are checked and analyzed. What' s more, the maximum displacement, stress and moment of movable gantry cross beam are obtained. The calculated results are in good agreement with the meas- ured results and the design meets the requirements.
