飞机抖振试飞方法研究

摘要 首先介绍了抖振发生的机理,及对飞机结构的影响,指出了飞机抖振边界试飞的目的。在总结对比抖振试飞方法的基础上,提出了适合飞机抖振的试飞方法收敛转弯法。在机翼不同位置安装振动传感器,对试飞数据进行均方根分析和自功率谱分析的基础上建立抖振响应和迎角的关系,发现抖振响应主要集中于机翼二阶模态频率,确定了抖振初始迎角,综合各个飞行状态的数据,得到了飞机的抖振边界,为今后飞机的抖振试飞提供了很好的借鉴。 Firstly, the mechanism of buffeting, its influence on the aircraft structure and the purpose of aircraft buffeting boundary test flight were introduced. By comparing the test method of buffeting, the test flight method suitable for the aircraft buffeting was proposed--the convergent turning method. The vibration sensor was installed at different positions of the wing. The relationship between the buffeting response and the angle of attack was established based on the root mean square analy- sis and the auto power spectrum analysis of the test flight data. It was found that buffeting response mainly focused on the second modal frequency of the wing. The initial angle of attack and the buffet boundary of the aircraft were obtained, which provides a good reference for the buffeting flight of the aircraft in the future.
