摘要
师生交往在应然状态下是对等的,但非对等性才是师生互动关系的现实表达,此种表达呈现出偏正结构的特质。于偏正结构框架下,师生关系的运作常尽可能地朝着有利居于正位中的教师的方向发展。但偏位者与正位者并非总是构成对立关系,从逻辑上来看,师生关系的偏正结构表现为协调、训导、非对称博弈、顺从四种基本类型。其中,非对称博弈充分彰显了师生关系的偏正结构功能,从中能够窥见教师如何运用正位者身份来维护权威和面子。当下,师生关系的这种偏正结构因遭受互喻文化的冲击而趋向弱化。
The interaction between teachers and students should be equivalent,but its realistic expression is not equivalent,characterized by a subordinate structure.Under such a structure,the teacherstudent relationship always develops towards a way that benefit the teachers who are in a dominant status.However,there is not always an antagonistic relationship between teachers and students.Logically,there are four types of subordinate structure:coordination,discipline,asymmetric game and submissive.Among them,the asymmetric game fully demonstrates its function,from which we can see how teachers use the dominant status to maintain their authority and face.Nowadays,this subordinate structure of teacher-student relationship tends to be blurred by the impact of mutual culture.
