军队院校学习型人才培养存在的问题及对策

Problems and countermeasures in training of learning talents in military academies

军队院校培养学习型人才,是在创建学习型社会背景下建设学习型军队的时代诉求。首先,明晰了军队院校学习型人才培养的必要性。然后,从培养制度、培养过程、培养评价三个方面分析了军队院校在学习型人才培养过程中存在的问题。最后,针对问题提出了三点对策,即优化育人机制,形成学习型人才培养的合力;提升学员的主体地位,实现学习型人才培养以学员为本;完善评价方式,构建学习型人才培养的多元评价体系。

The cultivation of learning talents in military academies meets the demand of building learning type army under the background of creating a learning society for the new era.This paper first clarifies the necessity of training military academies learning talents.Then it analyzes the problems in aspects of training system,training process and evaluation system.Finally,it puts forward some measures of optimizing the educational mechanism to form a joint force in learning personnel training,enhancing the principle status to realize student-centered learning talents training and improving evaluation methods to construct a multi-evaluation system for learning talents cultivation.
