血常规联合CRP在鉴别诊断小儿细菌感染与病毒感染中的价值 被引量:2

摘要 目的对血常规联合C-反应蛋白(CRP)检测在鉴别小儿细菌感染和病毒感染中的有效性进行分析。方法选取2015年1月-2017年1月于我院进行就诊的150例感染性疾病患儿为研究对象,根据其临床诊断的不同均分为实验组与对照组,每组各75例患儿,其中实验组患儿为细菌感染,对照组患儿为病毒感染,对所有患儿进行血常规和CRP检测,并对实验组患儿进行血常规联合CRP检测,而后对两组患儿血常规检测白细胞计数(WBC)、CPR浓度以及实验组患儿阳性检测率进行对比。结果实验组患儿WBC计数与CRP浓度明显高于对照组(P<0.05),且联合检测阳性率明显高于单独WBC阳性率和单独CRP检测阳性率,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血常规联合CRP检测的方式能够对小儿感染类型进行确认,且联合检测的灵敏度高于单独检测,具有较高临床应用价值。 Objective To analyze the value of blood routine combined with CRP in diagnosis of infantile bacterial and virus infection. Methods 150 children with infectious diseases in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2017 were selected as the research subjects. Patients were divided into experimental group and the control group according to the different clinical diagnosis, 75 cases in each group. The children in the experimental group were bacterial infection, and the children in the control group were virus infection. Blood routine and CRP test for all children, and blood routine combined with CRP test for children in experimental group. Then the blood routine detection of leukocyte count(WBC), CPR concentration and the positive rate of children were compared between the two groups. Results The WBC count and the concentration of CRP in the experimental group were significantly higher than that of the control group(P〈0.05). The positive rate of combined detection was significantly higher than that of single WBC and CRP, and differences are statistically significant(P〈0.05).Conclusion Blood routine examination combined with CRP detection method can confirm the infection type of children, and the sensitivity of combined detection is higher than that of individual detection. It has higher clinical application value.
