基于G1-DEMATEL法的煤矿顶板事故风险因素分析 被引量:8

摘要 为定量分析影响煤矿顶板事故的风险因素,进而更好地对煤矿顶板事故进行有效的预防,从人、物、环、管理等4大类20个组成要素出发,构建煤矿顶板事故风险指标体系.基于G1-DEMATEL法建立煤矿顶板事故风险因素分析模型,得到各个风险因素指标的权重值和综合影响矩阵,计算煤矿顶板事故风险因素的中心度、原因度.结果表明:煤矿顶板事故最为关键的风险因素是内部管理机制(C(43))、违章指挥(C(44))、监督体系不完善(C(46)),以及人的因素中的三违行为(C(11))、人员进入冒落区(C(12)).最后,提出相应的对策建议,可以为煤矿安全生产管理和煤矿顶板事故预防提供理论参考. For the quantitative analysis of risk factors of coal mine roof accident,so as to effectively prevent the coal mine roof accident,from the human,material,ring,management and other four major categories of 20 elements of constructing the risk index system of coal mine roof accident. Based on the analysis model of coal mine roof accident risk factors to establish a G1-DEMATEL method to get the weight of each risk factor index value and comprehensive influence matrix,the coal mine roof accident risk factors and the cause degree centrality were calculated. The results show that in the coal mine roof accident,the most critical risk factors are the internal management mechanism(C(43)),illegal command(C(44)),the supervision system is not perfect(C(46)),three violations behavior and human factors in(C(11)),enters the caving area(C(12)). Finally,the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward,which provide theoretical reference for coal mine safety production management and coal mine roof accident prevention.
