农村生活垃圾分类、收运及处理的现状及其满意度评价——基于江苏省的实证调研

Present Situation and Satisfaction Evaluation of Classification,Delivery and Disposal of Rural Domestic Refuse——An empirical study based on Jiangsu Province

基于2015年江苏省苏南、苏北和苏中部分农村的实地调研数据,本文对农村生活垃圾分类收运及处理过程中农户的垃圾分类意识、农村垃圾的治理环境以及农户对政府部门垃圾处理工作的满意度进行了调查研究。数据显示,总体上江苏省政府对农村地区垃圾处理很重视,但是不同经济发展水平地区村民对农村生活垃圾处理的意愿存在很大差异。此外,农户的垃圾分类意识与其年龄和学历水平成正比,农村垃圾的治理环境的改善需要加强垃圾处理基础设施的投入与建设,政府相关部门对垃圾分类处理工作态度与投入直接影响农户垃圾分类的积极性和氛围。

Based on the field survey data of southern Jiangsu,northern Jiangsu and western parts of Jiangsu province in 2015,this paper summarizes the garbage sorting consciousness of rural household waste garbage collection and disposal,the administrative environment of rural garbage and the disposal of government waste Job satisfaction was investigated. The data show that the government of Jiangsu Province attach great importance to the disposal of garbage in rural areas,but the villagers in different levels of economic development have great differences in the willingness of rural domestic waste disposal. In addition,the awareness of the garbage classification of farmers is proportional to their age and educational level. The improvement of the governance environment of rural waste needs to strengthen the investment and construction of the waste disposal infrastructure. The relevant government departments for garbage disposal work attitude and investment have a direct impact on enthusiasm and atmosphere of the classification of domestic refuse.
