幼儿实习教师在过程——关系中成长探究——基于身体的视角

摘要 幼儿实习教师成长路径大多基于单边力量,重视经验和反思,而忽略双边和多边的关系力量,轻视身体,摒弃身体经验的直接性。幼师的教育实习就是幼儿实习教师回到教育现场,让身体充分在场,身在其中,身临其境,在过程—关系中学,在过程—关系中教,在过程—关系中反思与成长。幼儿实习教师把握好身体与自然环境、社会人际、技术业务、精神理念等关系理路,紧绕主体主干关系、辅从关系、核心关系、边际关系,体验过程—关系的丰富性与复杂性,催化自我超越。 The most way of the growth of kindergarten student teachers are based on unilateral strength,emphasizing experience and reflection,ignoring bilateral and multilateral power of relations,despising the body,and abandoning the directness of physical experience. Education practice let kindergarten practice teacher go back to the education scene,so that the body of the practice teacher is fully present,body among the education scene,body in education scene,making the student teacher learn、teach、reflection and growth in the process-relationship.The kindergarten student teacher grasps the relationship between body and the physical and natural environment;the social interpersonal relationship; technical business of relationship; the spiritual concept relationship. The kindergarten student teacher clutch tightly body of the main of relation; the auxiliary relationship; the Core relationships; the marginal relationship,and experiencing richness and complexity of the process-relationships,and promoting self-transcendence.
