摘要 柳钢4号高炉高效护炉的主要经验是:①放中心、抑边沿与加钒钛矿相结合,才能达到最佳护炉效果;②护炉的关键在于控制[Ti]在0.100%~0.151%,入炉钛负荷>3.5 kg/t;③炉温按中等水平控制,有利于钛沉淀护炉;④改善原燃料质量,保证炉况顺行,维护好铁口是护炉的基本保障。通过采取上述措施,炉缸侧壁温度降至<400℃,并保持良好的技术经济指标。 The main experience with respect to highly efficient furnace protection production achieved in Liuzhou Steel's No. 4 BF mainly includes : ( 1 ) intensifying central air flow and suppressing edge air flow accompanied by charge of vanadium ti- tanium magnetite, which can obtain the best protection effect; (2) keeping [Ti] at 0. 100% - 0. 151% with titanium load in the furnace remained at over 3.5 kg/t ; ( 3 ) controlling the furnace temperature by keeping silicon content at the medium level to facilitate deposit of titanium ; (4) improving the quality of raw material and fuel, ensuring smooth running of burden and soundly protecting the taphole, as basic preconditions of furnace protection. These measures drops the temperature of the hearth side wall down to 〈400 ℃, and result in good techno-eeonomic index stably.
