邯钢1号高炉(3200m^3)安全、高效、稳定运行已超过了9年,其长寿经验是:①合理运用操作制度保持高炉长期稳定顺行,维持合理的煤气流分布,保证炉缸活跃,减少对炉缸侧壁的侵蚀;②加强原燃料质量管控及严控有害元素的入炉和富集,调整入炉料制结构,最大限度地控制入炉碱金属负荷;③严密监视炉体的侵蚀情况,利用检修机会对温度异常的位置进行压浆修补,确保高炉长寿。
Handan Steel's No. 1 BF(3 200 m^3) has run safely, efficiently, and stably over 9 years and its long campaign performance relies on ( 1 ) appropriate operating system that ensure long-term stability of BF, rational gas flow distribution, active hearth reaction and less erosion of the hearth wall; (2) enhanced quality control of the raw material and fuel, strict control of harmful element charged to and enriched inside the furnace, and proper regulation of burden structure to minimize alkali metal load in the furnace ; ( 3 ) effective monitoring of erosion of the furnace body and spraying gunite-type linings on hot face of furnace during maintenance to ensure long campaign of the furnace.
