摘要
为了研究新化合物HNPC-A202的杀虫、杀螨生物活性,采用喷雾法测试了HNPC-A202对鳞翅目害虫粘虫的杀虫活性,采用浸渍法分别测试了HNPC-A202对同翅目害虫蚕豆蚜虫和害螨棉红蜘蛛的生物活性。试验结果表明HNPC-A202对粘虫具有较高活性,对蚕豆蚜虫具有优异活性,其LC_(50)值为0.42 mg·L^(-1),优于对照药剂吡虫啉LC_(50)值0.70 mg·L^(-1),具有进一步研究价值。
To study the insecticidal and acaricidal activities of HNPC-A202, the insecticidal activity of HNPC- A202 against Mythimma separata was tested by a nebulization method, and the biological activity of HNPC-A202 against homoptera pests including Tetranychus urticae and Aphis fabae was tested by an impregnation method. The results of bioassays indicated that HNPC-A202 showed high activity against the Mythimma separata and prominent insecticidal activity against Aphis fabae at the value of LCs0 0.42 mg· L-1, which was superior to that of imidacloprid LC50 value. In summary, HNPC-A202 was valuable for further research.
