噻虫胺的合成研究

摘要 以1,5-二甲基-2-硝基亚胺基-六氢-1,3,5-三嗪和2-氯-5-氯甲基噻唑为原料,碳酸钾为缚酸剂,臭氧为脱色剂,一锅法得到白色噻虫胺结晶,收率91.2%,含量99.1%。此方法具有工艺条件温和、易操作,三废少等优点,且生产成本较低,产品品质好,含量高,适合大规模工业化清洁生产。 In a one-pot synthetic process, 1,5-dimethyl-2-nitroiminohexahydro-1,3,5-triazine and 2-chloro-5- chloromethyl thiazole as raw materials, potassium carbonate as acid binding agent and ozone as decolorant were used to give the white clothianidin with a yield of 91.2% and a purity of 99.1%. This method was suitable for large-scale clean industrial production with advantages including mild reaction conditions, simple operation, less waste, low cost and high quality.
