摘要
搭建了抛物槽真空管集热-薄壁式相变蓄热箱体蓄热系统,以石蜡为相变材料,利用抛物槽真空管集热器产生的热水对尺寸为800 mm×60 mm×800 mm的薄壁式相变蓄热箱体进行蓄热,并对其放热过程热分层现象进行研究测试。对薄壁式相变蓄热箱体进行了温度和热流密度测点的布置,通过对壁面温度、内部温度和壁面热流密度的测试分析,得出了蓄热箱体具有热分层的现象,提出了应用建议。
A heat storage system with parabolic trough vacuum tube collector and thin-wall phase change and heat storage box was built in this paper. This system used paraffin as the phase change material,then used the hot water-produced by a parabolic trough vacuum tube heat collector to store heat for the thin-wall phase change and heat storage box with the size of 800 mm×60 mm×800 mm. The heat release process and the phenomenon of thermal tratiflcation were studied and tested. Measuring points of temperature and heat flux were arranged in the thin-wall phase change and heat storage box,then according to the test and analysis of wall temperature,the internal temperature and wall heat flux, conclusion of the thermal stratification phenomenon was made and application suggestions were also put forward.
