摘要
通过正交优化设计研制了一种新型的黏土抑制剂,在拌制混凝土时能有效地抑制黏土对聚羧酸减水剂的影响,提高混凝土坍落度保持性能,降低外加剂掺量、提高其性价比,能够解决含泥量不稳定的砂石对混凝土坍落度和坍落度保持性的影响。
By orthogonal optimization design,a novel clay inhibitor was prepared,which can,in the mixing of concrete,effectively inhibit the effect of clay on polycarboxylate superplasticizer,improve the concrete slump retention performance,reduce the amount of admixture and improve its performance. It can solve the impact of sandstone with unstable mud content on the concrete slump and slump retention performance.
