摘要
首先研究分析了橡胶粉掺量对复合改性沥青高、低温性能及抗老化性能的影响,其次研究分析成型温度对SMA13混合料性能的影响;并与SBS改性沥青混合料对比分析了橡胶/SBS复合改性沥青SMA13混合料的路用性能。试验结果表明:橡胶/SBS复合改性沥青中橡胶粉的最佳掺量为15%;橡胶/SBS复合改性沥青混合料的施工温度范围为175~185℃;相较于SBS改性沥青混合料,橡胶/SBS复合改性沥青混合料的高温稳定性、低温抗裂性以及水稳定性均得到提升。
The impact of the powder content on high temperature performance, low temperature performance and anti-aging performance were analyzed, and impacts of molding temperature on performance of SMA-13 mixture were got. The road performance of CR/SBS composite modified asphalt SMA-13 mixture was analyzed with SBS modified asphalt mixture.The test results showed that the optimum content of rubber powder of CR/SBS composite modified asphalt was 15%. CR/SBS composite modified asphalt mixture construction temperature range is 175-185 ℃. Compared with SBS modified asphalt mixture, high temperature stability,low temperature resistance and water stability of CR/SBS composite modified asphalt mixture are improved.
