防滑降噪沥青混合料配合比设计及性能研究 被引量:4

摘要 防滑降噪沥青路面具有良好的降噪、排水、抗滑性能。以河北省S335公路防滑降噪沥青路面试验段实体工程为依托,通过跟踪观测和大量的室内外试验,从原料选择、混合料配合比设计、路面耐久性能等方面对防滑降噪沥青路面进行系统的研究。确定初拟目标级配,通过飞散、析漏试验确定沥青混合料的最佳油石比,并对防滑降噪沥青混合料的耐久性能进行研究。结果表明:当目标空隙率为21%时,混合料的飞散损失小于12%,马歇尔稳定度达到12 k N,动稳定度接近5000次/mm,路用性能远优于JTG F40—2004《公路沥青路面施工技术规范》要求。 Antiskid noise reduction asphalt pavement has good noise reduction,drainage and skid resistance performance. Taking Hebei S335 provincial highway as the object of study,through tracking observation and a large number of indoor and outdoor tests,a systematic study was made on the skid resistance and noise reduction asphalt pavement from the aspects of material selection,mixture ratio design and pavement durability. Through dispersion and leakage test,the optimal asphalt-aggregate ratio of asphalt mixture and the durability of anti-noise asphalt mixture were studied. The results showed that when the target porosity is 21%,mixture scattering loss is less than 12%,Marshall stability reached 12 kN,the dynamic stability is close to 5000 times/ram, that the road performance is far higher than the value specified in standard JTG F40-2004 "Technical Code for Construction of Asphalt Pavement".
