以“人水”、“村水”和谐为主题的水利风景区规划理论研究——以江西乐平市翠平湖水利风景区为例

Study on planning theory of water scenic area based on theme of harmony between “human-water”and “village-water”:a case study of Cuiping Lake scenic area in Leping City

乐平市翠平湖水利风景区地理位置较为优越、地区文化特点突出、水资源景观丰富、政策支持力度较大,是赣东北水利风景区的代表之一。通过对翠平湖水利风景区后期跟踪调查研究,并对风景区下游乐平市涌山村、上游婺源县游山村资源现状的调查,总结赣东北地区水库型水利风景区的发展成效与不足,分析人水、村水和谐研究的必要性。在翠平湖水利风景区的后期规划中结合"人水"、"村水"和谐的理念,通过凸显地域特色,融入当地的自然风光和人文,从而实现水利风景区与周边地区的和谐发展。

Cuiping Lake water scenic area in Leping City is one of the typical water scenic area in Northeast part of Jiangxi Province with its advantageous geographical location, prominent cultural characteristics, abundant water land-scape and positive policy support. Through the follow-up research of Cuiping Lake scenic area in Leping City and the investigation of the status quo of water resources at the lower reaches of the water scenic area at Yongshan Vil-lage in Leping City and that at the upper reaches of the water scenic area at Youshan Village in Wuyuan County, we summarize the development achievement and deficiency of reservoir-type water scenic area in the northeast of Jian- gxi Province,which proves the necessity of the harmony between “ human- water” and “ village-water”. In the later planning of Cuiping Lake water scenic area,the concepts of “ human- water” and “ village-water” are combined to emphasize the harmonious development of water scenic area and the surrounding area. Through highlighting the re-gional characteristics and fully integrating the local natural scenery and cultural customs,we achieve the harmonious development of water scenic area and the surrounding areas.
