总结了近年来国内有关国外公共图书馆理事会制度设计领域的研究成果,以期对该领域开展进一步深入研究提供参考。通过关键词检索,系统收集整理国内该领域相关文献,通过文本分析,归纳研究主题,并进行论述。将收集的文献按研究主题归纳为国外公共图书馆理事会的概念、起源与成因,理事情况,理事会的法律保障、职能定位和组织架构等方面,评述现有理事会制度设计研究的特点并指出未来的研究需注重结合运行实践的比较分析。

This study aims to summarize the research status of domestic study on institutional design of overseas public library board,and to provide references for the future study.With a systematical and profound analysis on the collected literatures from a keywords search,the research themes on institutional design of library board can be classified into several categories including the definition and origin of library board,board members,the legislative basis,function orientation and organizational structure of board,and also review the existing research traits and point out the future research direction.
