摘要
通过对浙江省高校图书馆女性馆员创新能力现状的实证研究发现,由于受到传统性别角色歧视和婚姻家庭的束缚以及政策上扶持不力,女性缺乏与男性平等竞争机会,这些直接影响她们在事业上的发展,也制约了她们创新能力的提升。制定高校图书馆女性馆员创新能力发展的相关政策和保障制度,使她们的创新能力获得提升,能更好地促进图书馆有效服务于高校教学科研,提高师生学术研究能力。
This paper makes empirical research on female librarians’ innovation ability in university libraries of Zhejiang province.It finds that many factors directly affect their development in their careers and restrict the promotion of their innovation ability.These factors contain traditional gender discrimination,the bondage of marriage and the lack of the equal competition opportunity between women and men.It can help them to promote innovation ability themselves to formulate policies and security systems of the development about female librarians’ innovation ability in the university library so that the library serves teaching and scientific research effectively to improve the academic research ability of teachers and students.
