摘要 热塑性复合材料(CFRTP)因韧性强、易修复、可回收等优异性能而广泛运用于飞机制造中,本文主要围绕CFRTP材料钻孔热量规律展开一系列研究。搭建了CFRTP钻削试验平台,采用6刀具进行了一组试验,测得钻削力和钻削温度,建立了钻削力的经验公式和CFRTP钻削热源模型,讨论了转速、进给速度、刀具尺寸与钻削产热之间的关系。试验验证了模型,两者具有较高一致性,可以为控制钻削热进而降低制孔热损伤提供理论依据。 The use of thermoplastic composites( CFRTP) due to its toughness,easy-to-repair,recyclable and other excellent performance in the aircraft has been taken seriously. This paper focuses on a series of studies on CFRTP material drilling heat regularity. The CFRTP drilling experiment platform is built,a set of experiments is carried out by using the tool6 to measure the drilling force and the drilling temperature. Then,the empirical formula of drilling force and CFRTP drilling heat source model are established,and the relationship between rolling speed,feed rate,tool size and drilling heat generation is discussed. The experiment verifies the model,both of which have high consistency. This paper can provide a theoretical basis for controlling the drilling heat and reducing the thermal damage of the system.
