软性磨料流对喷油嘴微孔锥度的加工成形研究

摘要 软性磨料流加工是解决复杂型腔零件和直径小于0.5mm的微孔结构超精密加工方法,是一种高效、经济的加工手段。本文运用Fluent软件对喷油嘴喷孔进行了软性固—液两相磨料流仿真分析,获得了喷孔近壁面处连续相与磨粒相的压强与速度分布,并且通过实验得出不同料缸压力、磨粒目径以及磨料质量分数的加工条件下对喷油嘴喷孔锥度的影响关系,为软性磨料流加工工艺和实验提供了理论依据。 Soft abrasive flow processing technology is a kind of ultra-precision machining method for solving complex cavity parts and diameter less than 0. 5 mm microporous structure,which is an efficient and economical processing method.In this paper,the soft-solid two-phase abrasive flow simulation is carried out by using fuent software to obtain the pressure and velocity distribution of continuous phase and abrasive grain. The influence of different cylinder pressure,abrasive grain diameter and abrasive mass fraction on the nozzle tip taper is studied. The theoretical basis and experimental verification of soft abrasive flow processing are provided.
