风电场场站级有功控制策略研究 被引量:2

摘要 目前风电发展主要集中在研发效率更高,容量更大的机组上,因此很少关注风电场场站级的有功控制。对风电场场站级有功控制策略进行研究,提出了一种根据优先级顺序对风电机组的有功出力进行分配的方法,使得风电场出力在执行电网调度计划的同时,能快速有效地跟踪调度指令变化,并且减小了风电场内部机组的有功出力波动,降低了控制系统的损耗。 At present,the development of wind power focuses on the research of generating units with higher efficiency and larger capacity,so little attention is paid to the active control at the wind farm station level.This paper conducts the research on wind farm active control strategy,and puts forward a method of active power output control according to a priority order,which can effectively track change of dispatch instruction,reduce active power fluctuation of wind electric field unit and reduce the loss of the control system while the wind farm produces outputs to implement the power dispatching plan.
