摘要
反渗透技术在显著减少电厂锅炉补给水酸碱消耗和排放的同时,也带来了产水率下降问题。在一系列试验研究基础上,提出了一种反渗透浓水循环利用新工艺,既可以保证脱硫效果和石膏品质,也可以兼顾废水综合利用,解决了火力发电行业普遍存在的反渗透浓水循环利用的难题。
The reverse osmosis technology has also brought about a decrease in water production rate while reducing the consumption and discharge of acid and alkali.On the basis of a series of experimental study,this paper puts forward a new technology of reverse osmosis concentrated water recycling,which can not only ensure the desulfurization effect and gypsum quality,but also comprehensively utilize waste water,solving the widespread problem of reverse osmosis concentrated water recycle in the thermal power industry.
