摘要
针对华能玉环电厂2号机组超净排放改造后,电除尘内部三电场和四电场螺旋线大量断裂的问题,结合电除尘运行情况和断裂螺旋线检测结果,对螺旋线断裂原因进行了深入分析并提出了相应的预防措施。为其他同类型机组在超净排放改造后电除尘的运行控制提供了借鉴。
In view of the problems of massive fracture of spirals in the third and fourth electric fields inside electrostatic precipitators(ESPs)after the ultra-clean discharge transformation of Huaneng Yuhuan Power Plant,combined with the operation of ESPs and the detection results of spiral fracture,this paper deeply analyzes the causes of spiral fracture and puts forward corresponding preventive measures,with a view to providing a reference for the operation control of ESPs in other similar types of units after ultra-clean discharge transformation.
