在当今困境重重的数字版权时代,互联网技术带动的传播革命引发了数字版权作品的价值基础削弱、侵权泛滥不止及版权意识弱化等问题,区块链这一去中心化和去信任的维护数据可靠性的技术因此被认为是数字版权技术的"救命稻草"。诚然,区块链技术集数项核心技术优势于一身,并在金融、公证、投票等领域逐步投入实践,但事实上,区块链仍有众多本身技术问题、市场化运作问题和与版权理论的兼容性问题等有待进一步解决。当然,技术创新是风险与机遇并存的复合体,因此以发展眼光、包容心态和辩证思维来看待区块链技术的发展及其在数字版权领域的应用才是其应为之道。

In today＇s dilemma of digital copyright,the Internet revolution has led to the weakening of the base of value of digital copyright works,the inflow of infringement and the weakening of copyright awareness.The block chain is decentralized and trustworthy which maintenance its data reliable,and it is therefore considered to be the technological＂life-saving straw＂of digital copyright.It is true that the block chain technology integrates consists of the core technology advantages in one,and in the financial,notarization,voting and other fields which had gradually put into practice,but in fact,the block chain still exists lots of its own technical problems,market issues and copyright theory compatibility issues,which needs to be further resolved.Of course,technological innovation is a complex of risks and opportunities,so using the development of vision,inclusive mentality and dialectical thinking to look at the development of block chain technology and its application in the field of digital copyright is the expecting way.
