国外新兴产业发展中的知识产权研究述评与启示

Review and Implication of Intellectual Property Research in the Development of Foreign Emerging Industries

新兴产业对国家经济发展和产业升级转型有着重要意义,而新兴产业的发展必定是以其科学知识的进步和技术的成熟为基础的,技术竞争已成为全球工业发展的核心竞争力,而技术竞争在很大程度上是知识产权的竞争。为促进新兴产业的发展,企业需要制定实时的知识产权战略,确保企业的产业技术在整个产业中具有较强的核心竞争力,并不断的进行技术改进、完善和突破。拟从新兴产业的概念内涵、知识产权在新兴产业发展中的作用、技术创新和自主知识产权对新兴产业的影响及知识产权保护对新兴产业的影响四个方面对相关研究文献进行了系统的梳理、总结,并从国外运用知识产权发展新兴产业中获得启示,为我国战略性新兴产业发展提供建议和参考。

Emerging industries are of great significance in national economic development and in the upgrading and transformation of national industries.The development of emerging industries must be based on the progress of scientific knowledge and the maturity of technology.Technological competition has become the core competence of global industrial development,while technological competition,to a large extent,is the competition of intellectual property.To promote the development of emerging industries,enterprises need to develop real-time IP strategy to ensure that the enterprise＇s technology has a strong core competitiveness in the industry,and is constantly improved,perfected and broken through.This paper systematically combs the relevant research literature from four aspects：the conceptual connotation of emerging industries,the role of intellectual property in the development of emerging industries,the impact of technological innovation and the impact of endogenous intellectual property on emerging industries,and the influence of intellectual property protection on emerging industries.Implications and suggestions are put forward for China＇s strategic development of emerging industries.
