知识产权强国框架下版权强国建设的相关问题研究

版权是知识产权的关键要素和核心组成部分,版权强国是知识产权强国战略的重要内容。基于版权强国的建设背景,需要进一步明确知识产权强国框架下版权强国的概念及版权的重大意义。版权强国的核心要素是"版权创新能力"以及"将版权创新成果转化为现实生产力的能力",基于上述核心要素并对比我国版权现状,进而客观地分析出我国现阶段在建设版权强国过程中存在的主要问题及所面临的挑战,提出版权强国建设的对应策略,为尽早实现在知识产权强国框架下的版权强国提供一定的理论指导。

Copyright is a key element and core component of intellectual property rights. Copyright powerhouse is an important part of the strategy of intellectual property powerhouse. This study firstly introduces the background of the construction of ＂copyright powerhouse＂, and clarifies the definition of ＂copyright powerhouse＂ and the significance of copyright power in the context of the construction of intellectual property powerhouse. Then on this basis, it discusses the core elements of ＂copyright powerhouse＂, which include ＂copyright innovation ability＂ and ＂the ability to transform copyright innovations achievement into real productive forces＂, and compares the status quo of copyright regulations in China to objectively analyze the eight problems and challenges in the process of building the ＂copyright powerhouse＂. Finally, the paper puts forward the strategies for the construction of ＂copyright powerhouse＂. It＇s expected that the paper can provide theoretical guidance for early achieving the goal of ＂copyright powerhouse＂, which is under the framework of ＂intellectual property powerhouse＂.
