摘要 近年来,长距离大断面副平硐设计成为矿山建设企业的首选方案,但受地质条件、作业空间、技术装备的限制,生产系统复杂、人员劳动强度大、巷道施工速度慢,不仅安全管理困难,而且严重制约高产高效矿井主要生产系统的形成。针对这一问题,丁家渠煤矿提出了中深孔全断面光面爆破法、防爆装载机装矸、自卸式防爆汽车排矸的新型掘进施工法,与传统光面爆破法、耙矸机配合皮带排矸的施工方法相比,极大地简化了生产作业系统、降低了劳动强度、减少了当班入井人数、降低了安全管理的难度、加快了巷道的施工速度,成为一种安全、高效的快速掘进施工技术。 In recent years,long distance and large section vice adit design become the preferred solution for mine construction enterprise,but by the geological conditions,working space,equipment limitations,complex manufacturing system,staff labor intensity,slow speed of tunnel construction safety management,not only difficult,but also seriously hampered the formation of the main production system of coal mine. To solve this problem,Ding proposed mine drainage hole full section smooth blasting,rock loading and unloading explosion-proof loader type explosion-proof car dumping new tunneling method,compared with the traditional smooth blasting method,rake machine with the construction method of gangue belt,greatly simplifies the production operation system,reduce the labor intensity,reduce the number of on duty well and reduce the difficulty of safety management,accelerate the construction speed of roadway,a rapid excavation technique for safe and efficient.
