互联网环境的发展对版权交易方式和版权相关服务模式带来了挑战的同时也带来了前所未有的机遇。在此环境下数字版权作品的价值基础被削弱、侵权泛滥不止及版权交易困难等问题凸显。区块链技术的应用为这些问题的解决提供了解决的可能,目前这一去中心化和去信任的维护数据可靠性的技术在金融、公证、投票等领域投入实践,区块链+版权的探索的相关研究也在不断推进,区块链在数字版权管理、保护上的应用备受期待。区块链数字版权产业治理体系的搭建,将弥补当前传统模式对于版权资产保护方面的不足,为版权确权、版权交易、版权保护等提供新的可信通道,最终建立完善的版权社会化服务体系和治理体系。

The development of the Internet environment has brought challenges to copyright trading and copyright related services, as well as the unprecedented opportunities. In this environment, problems such as the weakened value foundation of the copyright works, infringements overflow and the difficulty of copyright transaction are highlighted.The application of block chain technology provides a possibility to solve these problems. At present, the technology of decentration and de-trust to maintain data reliability has been applied to financial, notary, voting and some other fields. Research on block chain ＋ copyright has also been pushed forward constantly. Application of the block chain to digital copyright management and protection are highly anticipated. The construction of block chain digital copyright governance system will make up for the lack of knowledge copyright protection assets of traditional mode, provide credible new channels for copyright ownership, copyright trade, and copyright protection, and ultimately establish perfect social service system and governance system of copyright.
