摘要
以家庭图、影响轮、家庭雕塑等为主要介入要素,将萨提亚家庭重塑技术应用于高校团体心理辅导活动。通过团体互动的助人模式,引领学生在家庭的框架下联结内心状态与家庭历程之间的关系,梳理内心困惑,宣泄压抑的情感,探索自我,明确家庭成员互动状态与其人格养成之间的紧密关系。借此帮助其正视自己的心理世界,澄清认知,发现内在潜能,整合自身资源,提升自我价值感和自尊体验,消除症状,实现成长。
Taking family diagram, influence wheel and family sculpture as the main intervention elements, Satir family remolding technology- is applied to group psychological counseling in colleges and universities. Through group interaction help mode, guide the students link the inner hearts to the families under the framework of family, comb the inner confusion, emit emotions, explore self ex- ploration, and elearify family interaction between the state and the close relationship between the cultivation of personality-. It helps them to face their mental world, clarify- their cognition, discover their potential, integrate their resources, enhance their sense of self worth and self-esteem, eliminate symptoms and achieve growth.
