The paper analyzes and discusses the status and background of ＂probability statistics＂courses in higher education institutions in China. It integrates scientific thinking and scientific methods into curriculum teaching and penetrates into the ＂probability and statistics＂curriculum system and teaching. Methods and teaching content reform practice research were made through a variety of methods to enhance the ＂probability and statistics＂curriculum teaching effect,stimulate students ＇ awareness of active learning and ability,and improve the students ＇ basic qualities and professional skills.
